All of our products are handmade, so they are unique. The porous surface and color variations bring products look and individuality. Even small differences in measurement accuracy belong to hand-made products. All products are inspected before delivery to ensure quality.


Prices of our products are listed in our online store. Prices include value added tax of 24% and the tax breakdown appears on your invoice. Product prices do not include shipping. Custom-made products are offered separately.
Order Confirmation and product instructions
When you have ordered a product you will receive an e-mail confirmation and product instructions.

Delivery time

The delivery time varies by product. Delivery time is stated in connection with the product information. On custom-made products, the delivery time will be agreed on separately.

Delivery methods

Our products are mainly delivered by Postnord, but we can use other carriers. The delivery method is determined in the description of each product. Smaller items with which the delivery method is not mentioned are delivered to collection points unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery to a collection point: your order will be delivered to your nearest Postnord collection point. You will receive an SMS/email when your order is ready for pick-up.

Direct delivery: products will be delivered to your door during office hours (Mon to Fri 8-16). The delivery is attempted once. If the addressee is not available, the driver will leave a note and you can agree on another attempt according to the guidance on the note.

Direct delivery on unusual hours (16-21): You will be contacted before delivery and the exact delivery time can be agreed between you and the driver.

Delivery costs

The delivery costs are determined case by case. The cost can be seen in the shopping basket. The delivery time is determined on the basis of the longest delivery times. The delivery costs for custom-made products are calculated separately.

Return and exchange policy

All products sold online can be returned within 14 days provided that the items are in sales condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return except complaints. The returned product has to be unused and in sales condition. In case of packaged product, the package has to in sales condition. In case of return please contact or +358 400 460 778.

Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Invalid product

If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product before opening the package, report it immediately to the driver as well as to us. If you discover damage after opening the package, or you have received a wrong product, please contact Betoniset.

Payment methods

Products ordered from the online store and their delivery costs will be paid online when placing the order. In Finland you can pay for your purchases with your online banking credentials, credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Business Eurocard and Mastecard), Collector invoice and by an installment plan, Everyday net fee and Flexible Money. Abroad, some of these payment options are not available. Payments are made by Checkout Finland Oy through a payment service. The use of Checkout payment services is easy and safe. Custom products payment will be agreed case by case basis.


All our products have a two-year factory warranty. Detailed warranty terms are available from Betoniset.

Ordering from an online store does not require registration.
Personal data are processed in accor with the Personal Data Protection Act and will not be disclosed to third parties.
